The St. Louis Chabad centers are offering safe, 30-minute, open to all Shofar services (and Tashlich in some locations) throughout the St. Louis area.

Choose from seven locations for a 30-minute, outdoor, family-friendly, Rosh Hashanah service. Each location includes a Shofar service and some will also have a Tashlich service and other programming, as indicated below.

ShofarShofar Service
The sounding of the Shofar is the central observance of Rosh Hashanah. It also contains many deep and inspiring messages for personal reflection and introspection.

TashlichTashlich Service
A brief prayer is recited near a body of water, preferably containing live fish; in which we express our prayerful hope that G‑d cast our indiscretions into the depths of the sea, and that we be granted a good and sweet new year.

Apple and HoneyApple & Honey
An age-old Jewish tradition of eating apples dipped in honey to express our hope for a sweet new year. The apples and honey will be individually wrapped for your safety.
